Can I run several tests at once?
Yes. A single fingertip prick can produce several parameters. Ask us for the most convenient bundle (basic glucose + cholesterol + triglycerides, for example).
Are the results medically valid?
The devices are calibrated and are the same used in primary-care quick controls. Indicative and useful for follow-up. If your doctor needs a full diagnosis, they will advise a laboratory test with venous blood.
Where can I get a blood group test in Gijón?
At Farmacia Vegas, Av. Schulz 40-42 (Llano neighbourhood). We run the blood group test with no appointment. The capillary sample needs to dry before reading: written result delivered within 24 hours. ABO + Rh factor from a single prick.
Do I need to be fasting?
